Japanese Igari Style Makeup or the Hangover Look Trend

Japanese Igari Style Makeup, Hangover makeup, Hang over look

So, what is Igari Makeup? It's about making the face clean and natural looking, that is very innocent and concervative but with a red flushed face as if you're drinking alcohol which is why it is also called the "hang over" makeup. I guess this look was also inspired by faces of characters in anime when they are drunk or being embarrassed. This makeup is easily blend to any style because it is very simple. I have seen it on a lot of girls that have different fashion styles. All you need to do is apply natural eye makeup, then apply the blush directly under the eye area and sealed it with a pink lips.

Here's how to get Igari Style Makeup

1. Wash your face and dry.
2. Apply light foundation since it's minimalist makeup.
*No second layer needed to avoid cakey look.
3. Buff your makeup
4. Use concealer for spot correction
5. Don't forget about the most important part the blush! Apply dark shade on the outer part of your cheek then a lighter shade of blush to the apples of your cheeks to show an innocent and youthful look.

This look was created by a famous Japanese makeup artist Igari Shinobu.
