Blake Lively announce that she's pregnant by posting a photo of herself with a large belly on her website named, Preserve.us. Lively 27, is married to Ryan Reynolds and this is their first child. The dramatic photo was shot by her brother Eric Lively. She was wearing a floral black and white dress.
