Kim Kardashian West mader her Cannes Film Festival debut in an elegant fashion wearing sparkling silver gown. The gown's open sides showed off her post-baby weight loss. She wore a nude body stocking underneath the silver gown. 

She also wore a Cleopatra-inspired eye makeup by Mario Dedivanovic and a sleek bun. Her diamond earrings were fascinating.
