Kylie Jenner Cosmetics is receiving a lot of complaints lately most of the complaints according to the Better Business Bureau are because of some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected. And the company have an unfair policy that states "We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final." This is why the company received an “F” rating which is their lowest rating.
Kylie Cosmetics as of press time have 134 complaints on BBB, 5 are about Advertising and Sales Issues, 4 for Billing and Collection Issues, a whopping 70 complaints for Delivery Issues, and 55 are for problems with Products and Services. Out of all those 134 complaints 5 have never been resolved.
Upon review and investigation by BBB customers said that they are receiving incomplete or partially damaged products, and some did not receive the delivery at all. The company reason for this is that “because their product is shipped in highly recognizable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalized or stolen.”
Even though Kylie Cosmetics said that they are “taking steps to change their packaging so that it is less recognizable,” the BBB notes that, as of June 23, 2016, “the pattern of complaint allegations continues.”
Despite all that complaints, Kylie Lip Kits continue to be in demand.
