Kylie Jenner Cosmetics NEW Eyeshadow Palette

Kylie Jenner released her first ever eyeshadow palette called the Kyshadow. The Kyshadow is consist of 9-color set called Bronze Palette, with gorge natural brown shades and warm orange colors.

She informed her fans about the KyShadow palette through a video on her website: "Surprise, I'm launching a KyShadow palette!!! I've been working on this for months and I'm so excited to finally reveal the big news to you guys."

"This eyeshadow palette is literally my baby," she said referring to her new eyeshadow. "It was so important for me to release this one first." She called it the Bronze Palette, because she "loves bronze colors and browns" and those are the same shades she love wearing daily. She has been seen wearing them on Instagram for a while now.

The Kyshadow palette comes with a champagne color shaded named Quartz, this is use to highlight your brow bone and open up your eyes. The warm shades of brown, like Topaz, will give you a bold look in the crease of your eyes.

She also said that she created two more shadow palettes that she will release later this year. The Bronze Palette cost $42.

Kylie Cosmetics Complaints are Piling Up

Kylie Jenner Cosmetics is receiving a lot of complaints lately most of the complaints according to the Better Business Bureau are because of some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected. And the company have an unfair policy that states "We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.  All sales are final." This is why the company received an “F” rating which is their lowest rating. 

Kylie Cosmetics as of press time have 134 complaints on BBB, 5 are about Advertising and Sales Issues, 4 for Billing and Collection Issues, a whopping 70 complaints for Delivery Issues, and 55 are for problems with Products and Services. Out of all those 134 complaints 5 have never been resolved.

Upon review and investigation by BBB customers said that they are receiving incomplete or partially damaged products, and some did not receive the delivery at all. The company reason for this is that “because their product is shipped in highly recognizable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalized or stolen.”

Even though Kylie Cosmetics said that they are “taking steps to change their packaging so that it is less recognizable,” the BBB notes that, as of June 23, 2016, “the pattern of complaint allegations continues.”

Despite all that complaints, Kylie Lip Kits continue to be in demand.
